Letme say: I was a champion of the airline before all this. It seems they are prioritising profit above all else - without improving basic services and training staff. Get your fundamentals right @airindia

Even as @airindia attempts to discredit my recent concerns in regards to a full refund for a flight I had to cancel due to a medical emergency after submitting a medical waiver - I think the airline has proven over and over again its overall deficiencies in customer service
@DrMohanRai@airindia I booked a refundable ticket. Regardless why is it @airindia doesn’t honour medical waivers which many other airlines do? I hope @TataCompanies isn’t provoking this unrepentant greed and poor customer service. We expect more and better. I raised this issue which has plagued other

My father is 92, unwell and I have to cancel travel due to his ailing condition. Submitted doctors letter and the waiver was denied? How is that possible? Where is the empathy from an airline that is claiming to care about passengers???

There was a problem in the middle name of my son, I asked them to change the name which they changed however the money $300 I paid for prebooking of seats were not refunded and I had to rebook the seats by paying $300
@Lisaraniray@airindia Had booked a ticket PNR IPX8N7V (july 2023). By mistake I booked it for 12th July instead of 11th July. Modified the booking within 20 mts but still had to pay around Rs 3000 as modification fee. I was refused waive off this fee vide airsewa grievance id ID : NN926034. Cruelity

@IndiaToday I purchased a refundable ticket. However since they refused the medical waiver the cancellation fee on a 5500 INR ticket is 400 INR
