You need signs before people even get to their blocked seats, especially since so many got in late because of gate mismanagement
@RJStadium Everyone who paid for a seat should have a seat. If youโre forcing Sec 148 through Gate B, why not catch tickets in the blocked rows and reassign their seats at entry? Donโt send people inside to discover it without even any signage to guest services for help.
