@PassportCan Complete lies. I applied in person in April, last week was told i must pay transfer fees. When I quoted your own tweets about fees being waived, I was yelled at & told that my app will not be transfered unless I agree to pay more fees. Im still waiting for my passport. 18+ weeks

@PassportCan After 3hrs of trying to get through phone line, miracle & I got a person. Now you're saying I didn't pay even though I paid right at ServiceCanada when I submitted the app & demand I show proof of payment. Now I have to go stand in line to show you your own receipt.

@attu_rockstar @PassportCan And i should mention, stand in line for 8+ hours to ask a simple question when I clearly paid my fees already. And they haven't replied to my tweet either btw
