@GooglePay can someone actually HELP me verify my payment account!??? A credit card u want verified was canceled 2yrs ago! Ur not accepting a bank statement & keep being told it should work & to resubmit but keep getting "unable to verify"! HELP!!!!

@GooglePay Yes, I've called and spoken to a customer rep several times and have been told to do the same thing which ends up with the same result where it does not get approved. Need to speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue immediatley as I've been trying for several weeks.

@Gap really disappointed w/the "customer service" provided for gap card @synchrony. Expired card was never reissued. Now I can't use my $65 rewards bc I don't have the new card info & won't get reissued for another 2 billing cycles. Worse was condescending tone of the supervisor.
