One should do Sahasranama every day. It is like a multivitamin for your soul.
Just as the body quietly weakens without its daily nutrients, the soul (Jeeva-Atma) quietly weakens without the daily remembrance of the Divine name.
You will not notice the deficiency in a day. But over months and years, it shows. In the mind, in the decisions, in the peace that slowly leaks away.
1000 names, recited daily, repair that deficiency from the root.
If you are inclined toward Vaishnavism, do the Vishnu Sahasranama.
Bhishma himself gave it to us from his bed of arrows, declaring it the highest of all dharmas.
If you walk the path of Shaivism, do the Shiva Sahasranama.
Given in the Mahabharata and the Puranas, it is the same medicine through Mahadev's names.
Even Parashara prescribes it as a remedy in BPHS.
If you are a Shakta, do the Lalita Sahasranama.
From the Brahmanda Purana, the 1000 names of the Divine Mother, considered among the most powerful of all Sahasranamas.
Pick the one closest to your tattva, your Ishta. That alignment matters more than anything else.
15 to 20 minutes a day. That is all it takes.
No supplement on this earth nourishes what these 1000 names nourish. Your ancestors knew this. That is why every serious household once had a daily Sahasranama running in it.

Today's 'Benne Meluva Muddu Krishna' Alankara of Bhagwan Udupi Shri Krishna 🪷
This in Kannada means "Little Krishna who is eating Benne or butter". This is based on the famous Kannada bhajan "Naliva Benneyanu Meluva Krishna Naama.." composed by Sri Vadiraja Tirtha Swamiji.
Sri Vadiraja Tirtha (c. 1480 – c. 1600) was a towering 16th-century Dvaita philosopher, mystic, and poet from Karnataka who served as the pontiff of Sode Matha and revolutionized the administration of Udupi Sri Krishna Temple.
Lord Hayagreeva (Hayavadana, the horse-faced avatar of Shri Vishnu) was the Ishta Devata of Sri Vadiraja Tirtha and their bond is defined by daily personal communion, a famous sweet offering called 'Hayagreeva Maddi', and a miraculous poisoning test that gave birth to the famous local Mattu Gulla brinjals.
Vadiraja prepared a sacred naivedyam made of split Bengal gram (channa dal), jaggery, ghee, and cardamom—known today as Hayagreeva sweet.
Holding the plate of food on his head inside a locked room, Vadiraja meditated and sang the Dashavatara Stuti.
Lord Hayavadana would manifest as a radiant white horse, place His front hooves on the saint's shoulders, eat the offering, and leave the remainder as prasada.
The people were doubtful there & suspected that Sri Vadiraja was simply eating the rich food himself and decided to test him by mixing poison into the sweet offering.
Unaware of the malice, Vadiraja offered the plate as Naivedya. Lord Hayagreeva consumed the entire poisoned food to shield His devotee, turning His own neck blue/green from the toxicity.
Distressed to find the vigraha of Hayagreeva discolored, Vadiraja begged for forgiveness. The Lord instructed him to offer a daily dish made of a special local green vegetable—the Mattu Gulla brinjal—whose seeds the Lord Himself provided.
As the brinjal offerings continued for 48 days, the poison's mark faded into a permanent scar, and to this day, the first harvest of Mattu Gulla from Mattu village is traditionally offered to Sode Matha.
Jai Srimannarayana 🙏

We have all heard of Vipareeta Raja Yoga, but very few people actually understand it. Even fewer know about its three classifications, let alone how to interpret their results.
So today, I’m going to briefly explain the three classifications of Vipareeta Raja Yoga and their results.
@garudazhwar Full pooja the traditional way. Also waiting for your pictures, so I can update my profile pics across socials :)
