But she’ll gradually increase her pace over time so it takes less time until she gets to her goal time. This is literally how new runners train. HF.

I am glad that when I was in high school and university, digital cameras were just starting to become a thing and it was a pain to upload pictures. No evidence! lol!

@Apteryx1214 @SteveWps I’m a young GenXer too. Do you mean smartphone or cellphone? I didn’t have my first smartphone (a BlackBerry Curve) until I had my first grown up/corporate job when I was in my late 20’s and they paid. But I’ve had a cellphone (good ol’ Nokia) since I was probably 20 or 21.
