Dealing with overwhelm, brain fog, chronic fatigue, or discouragement?
Here's my transformation story with the insights I gained—with a read-aloud that I personally recorded—in the link below 👇🏼

Some of my best work actually comes on my worst days.
If your energy ever feels like it betrays your dreams, this might change how you see things too.

I used to think brain fog was undefeatable.
Turns out I was just fighting it wrong.
In my new article (with a read-aloud in my voice ), I share how I stopped forcing me away against the fog and found a way to work within it...
My latest article--this one’s for anyone who’s felt stuck, offbeat, or overwhelmed 🍋😓 I wrote something that might help you find your rhythm again.
I would love to hear your thoughts...

I'm having fun over at $ub$tack.
Writing stuff about:
• Discovering what you were made for and doing it
• Getting past the same stuff holding you back
• Moving up to the next level in your life
Find me as SanctumMeditations over there if any of this resonates ✌🏼
We’re more “connected” than ever—yet so many of us feel unseen, unknown, alone.
Loneliness isn’t just a personal struggle; it’s a generational crisis.
I know because I’ve lived it myself. You’re not the only one.
And it doesn’t have to stay this way.

3. That approach glorifies a surface-level definition of Success.
"Just act!" works fine for robots. But humans need purpose. They need perspective. Otherwise, they may achieve success and feel nothing.
You cannot simply act without having good reasons to guide and drive you.
"You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline."
1. This assumes people already know what to be disciplined about.
But discipline without direction is like rowing hard without a map. If your internal compass is off you'll burn out .

2. That thinking ignores the inner battle.
Most people who are stuck aren't stuck because they're lazy.
They're trapped in false scripts, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or unable to see why they should keep going.
You don't fix that by yelling "be disciplined!"

Information overload is a much bigger problem to solve than it ever was.
We've gone from drought and silence to a deluge of rain and noise—too much to sort through.
We can easily drown or become lost.
What actually matters more than ever is clarity.
As writers, speakers, makers and artists in the new age of AI—it's easy to fall into a trap.
The trap of more.
More posts, more content, more noise, more visibility...just more.
But the truth is that quantity is now the cheapest it's ever been.
Happy Father's Day to all the real ones out there that have held the line and loved their families through all the trials and hardships 🎉
You are worthy of being celebrated and lifted up for all that you do raising your families and society itself up on your shoulders 🏆
I believe in the sacred stubborn.
The small groups, the strange ones—
the rebels turned sages,
the warriors turned midwives of wisdom.
My altar is a bench.
My scripture is layered in journals and scars. My mask is broken.
I am not ashamed of the work.
Not afraid of the fracture
