With great sadness, the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library relays the passing of Library Director John Spears, following a courageous battle with cancer.

LBN would like to recognize John’s leadership and collaborative nature. We send our condolences to his family and friends.

We’re excited to share that in June we received a $500 grant from the local Walmart at Walden Ave in Cheektowaga, and a $500 grant from Sam's Club at Union Rd, Cheektowaga — both to help with our Digital Literacy programs in the community!
