If you went to school you should be able to count. There are two of them and not just one. After two hung juries failed to reach a verdict they will likely not pursue a retrial for the other brother.

Also, you forget they were both released on bail for 5months before being summoned to court.

Again, you are ignoring the point on why he was denied entry.

I actually think FIFA will have this overturned through an appeal. However, if the governments instruction is to deny entry of all Somali nationals to protect the American people, you can understand why he was sent back. Visa or no visa.

Why are you acting like Trump personally denied his entry.

Obama considered Somalia a high risk for security screening and refugee vetting. Most of which were sent back. No media outrage.

The Qatar World Cup had even stricter entry policies. No media outrage. You can’t even name who leads Qatar.

King Jong-un doesn’t even let people leave the country. Where are all the street protests for that.

This is all just anti-Trump propaganda steered by media outlets with this narrative that Trump is the big bad wolf.

One case out of the millions who are travelling to the see the World Cup just shows that people will jump on any bandwagon to appease a false notion that Trump is a bad president.

Just say it you hate Trump. I didn’t see the same tone when it was Qatar who had the strictest entry controls in any World Cup.

If a government concludes that a particular country presents an elevated risk of visa overstays, fraud, terrorism etc., it has every right to restrict entry from that country as a whole rather than assessing every applicant individually.

If the policy exists to reduce risk, making exceptions undermines the policy. That said, I reckon FIFA will have this overturned.

Well you just proved my point. You ignore the cause rather than understanding the reason as to why the ref has been denied entry.

Unfortunately, the scale of Somali fraud in the US has lead to collective punishment. The ref has no one else to blame besides his fellow Somali nationals.

A good analogy of this is, if your venomous pet snake bites you and nearly kills you, it is very unlikely that you’ll go buy two more.

Somali migrants are taking advantage of the US system and in response the US has banned all Somali nationals entry.

The US has every right to not make exceptions. Maybe if Somali nationals started to reform their ways and assisted the government to stop Somali fraud, instead of attacking them for their decisions, this would not be the case.
