@GooglePEProgram @GoogleMyBiz Not sure how any business can work with efficiency with @GoogleMyBiz and @GoogleUK. After 4 weeks of trying unsuccessfully, I manage to upload a verification video then get suspended! Google does everything it can to damage you! Google is not business friendly.

@GooglePEProgram @GoogleMyBiz @GoogleUK @GoogleMyBiz @GoogleUK Doesn't offer a real reason, just makes a decision with no contact! Say you can appeal and add evidence but you actually don't know what your appealing against because there are no specifics!

@GooglePEProgram @GoogleMyBiz @GoogleUK @GoogleMyBiz @googleuk when you do finally verify, you get a message saying Your business profile has been suspended. For Content that violates our policies on deceptive content and behaviour isn't allowed. Deceptive content intentionally misleads or deceives others.

@GoogleMyBiz Ava - I have done all of that! Just take me to a page where it says I need to reverify by video, but I don't have an public facing address as i run my business from home. When I do try and do a video under 2 minutes it doesnt upload and followed all the advice in the forums.

@GoogleMyBiz Unfortunately that does help and tells me to post a message on the forum! Being completely honest, I don't think you really do understand how not having a verified profile harms us as a business, I used to be verified and nothing has changed!

When you have a problem you can't contact them easily by email or phone!

Maybe @google and @googleuk just don't care!

@TheAA_UK Unfortunately it took 5 hrs to get to me and holiday was ruined. Disappointed by your service so cancelled policy, you are not The AA of 30 years ago!

Valve stem broken off wheel and off to go and pick up 85 yr old mum to go on holiday! Phone @TheAA_UK and have to wait 4 hrs. So much for them being the 4th emergency 🚨 service 🤬🤬. Holiday ruined 😡 #CustomerSupport #CustomerExperience #CustomerServiceFail
