I have a minimum daily step goal of 7500 steps. My new "rule" is that if I don't make it on day I have to make up for it the next day (in addition to the daily goal). We will see how this goes this week.

Not something I like to post about on main, but I have a dilemma : I am generally unhappy with my body.
Really there is only two solutions : either learn to accept my body where it is at, or put more effort on making changes.
