Pictured below is Robert Lough, a sexually violent predator that Democrats allowed to be unconditionally released from McNeil Island. That’s the literal prison island- like Alcatraz- that Washington places its most violent sex predator pedophiles, baby rapists, and psychopaths… all there because they are deemed to reoffend given the chance.

How did he get there? Well, Lough chased a young nurse across the freeway and tackled her, dragged her back to his van, then savagely raped her. He then stabbed her through the vagina multiple times with a tire iron. She received severe injuries. He left her for dead, naked on the freeway.

The Democrats have refused to reform this system, instead choosing to dump trash like this extremely dangerous parasite into unsuspecting neighborhoods with little rules or no supervision. They want to normalize the psychos. Only one Democrat, Mari Leavitt, can I say has truly cared about stopping this madness.

They don’t care if it’s next to your kids bus stop, or playground, or school. They care more about this rapists “disabilities” than the safety of our communities. Total whack job DSA stuff.

Not Only Did Olympia Change the Law to Tax Your Retirement Account, But They Also Rewrote The Law So They Can Seize Your Retirement Money If You Don't Pay Your Taxes

Washington's new unconstitutional income tax bill (ESSB 6346) didn't just decide your pension/retirement check is now "income." It went into the old laws that said the state CANNOT tax your retirement money AND CANNOT seize it — and it deleted both protections. On purpose. Section by section. With Public Union support

The Actual Language (sample below is just one of the 11 pensions targeted)

Original Language
teachers' pension fund (TRS), RCW 41.32.052. Subsection (1) says your pension is exempt from state tax and "shall not be subject to execution, garnishment, attachment... or other process of law whatsoever."

Subsection (4), added this year:
"Subsection (1) of this section does not exempt any pension or other benefit received under this chapter from tax under Title 82A RCW." (The new income tax)

Translation: never mind all that. Not for this unconstitutional income tax.

And they didn't stop at teachers. They went down the list and did it to every plan:
• School employees (SERS)
• Teachers (TRS)
• Cops and firefighters (LEOFF)
• Volunteer firefighters
• State employees (PERS)
• Judges, troopers, the whole roster
• Don’t worry they also can attack your 401(k) and IRA too (RCW 6.15.020).

For context:
federal law (ERISA) generally keeps creditors' hands off your 401(k) — exceptions basically boil down to divorce, child support, and the IRS. Most states with an income tax just tax the check and leave the seizure protections alone. Washington did both. They made the pension taxable AND took the lock off the door.

Guess who's bankrolling the campaign to keep this law? The very unions whose members are sitting in these pension/retirement plans.

First, a “100-year storm” means that an extreme weather event (let’s say, a flood) of some magnitude has a 1% chance of occurring at ONE specific location in any given year.

Assuming stationarity, if you have, let’s suppose, 10,000 different towns, it can be expected that 100 of those towns will experience a “100-year-flood” every year. This can be applied to forest fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, and blizzards too.

By definition, hundred-year storms are normal and always have been.

As for glaciers, well, they began receding long before mankind began pumping CO₂ into the atmosphere. So, not all of that is able to be blamed on our carbon sins.

I’d tell you to stick to politics, but you aren’t really good at that either because the U.S. is running a $40 trillion-dollar deficit.
