@flipkartsupport I purchased a water purifier and received a defective product. Without installation, the status was falsely marked as completed on 18 Nov. I was assured resolution by 20 Nov but still no action. I want a return + full refund ASAP.

@JioCare#jiocare what the hell is going on without any call and discussion with me its now scheduled for 19th May. As discussed with the customer care, installation should be done today in between 5 to 6 pm and now by default without my concern its been rescheduled .
