Its #LupusAwareness Month this October and we need your help to raise awareness of lupus, its symptoms and the effects it can have on peopleโs lives.

Reminiscing on my episode with the talented #GrahamKnuttel on how art impacts our health.๐ง His sense of humour really was infectious. May he rest in peace. ๐
Graham was an extraordinary visionary who delighted in entertaining. He lived a good life and I was honoured to interview him. Wishing his family my deepest condolences. RIP Graham. #GrahamKnuttel

It's been a year since I lost my good friend, Sarah Stenning, a wonderful mother, army wife & talented designer. We are honoured to have played a small part in capturing her essence with this podcast episode.
On this and every #rememeberanceday we remember those dearest to us.โค๏ธ
A lovely review from one of our listeners. We started this podcast to enable people to live a longer, healthier life and giving someone the motivation and inspiration to โget back on their bikeโ is lovely to see!
