2 years ago, Hersh Goldberg-Polin was murdered in Hamas captivity after 328 days as a hostage.

Listening to Rachel's words today carries a different weight.

The dishes in the sink, the dirty floors, the little things that frustrate us. They're all part of the ordinary life we're lucky to have.

Today, we remember Hersh, and we hold Rachel, Jon, and the entire Goldberg-Polin family in our hearts. May we never take the ordinary moments for granted.

May Hersh's memory forever be a blessing.

Today marks the anniversary of Rabbi Berel Wein’s passing.

I’ve been thinking about this interview a lot. None of us knew at the time that it would be the last interview he’d ever do.
