Paying 1 Lac for #SamsungNote20Ultra and being provided with a heating tool is cruel!! @SamsungIndia Thane Service Center for samsung provided no help for heating issue occurring within 20hrs of purchase, as consumer highly depressed with the service provided @SamsungIndia

Purchased #SamsungNote20Ultra from Kohinoor Electonics, Thane, Godbhunder. Its highly depressing that my #SamsungNote20Ultra has horrible heating issues, I'm shocked samsung has defective pieces, visited thane service center-not of help @SamsungIndia kindly replace my device!!
