@KenyaPower_Care I bought tokens worth 15,000 mistakenly on Monday. Filled a refund form yesterday morning with all the required details and documents. I emailed and sent them on WhatsApp too, till now no feedback, have inboxed here on Twitter, no feedback too.. what to do next?
@stimasacco@GAMALIELHASSAN A very disappointed stima sacco member, especially Embu branch staff. They are not responding to emails. I call several times no one is picking. If they picking they answer rudely and cut the call!!. It's like we are begging to be served. So disappointed!!
