Crazy ending as I placed 2nd in the indoor state 400m with a 52.26 got a lot of work to do to get back in to top shape and get that time back down but grateful regardless.

Me and @malikblunt18 took 1st and 2nd in the 200m at the 1A indoor state meet time with a 23.20 not the best but a great way to start the year. Malik with 1st me in 2nd.
