@bushontheradio One of the reasons for so many viruses circulating this winter is that many people's immune systems will have been weakened by (repeated) Covid infection. It can take quite a time for your body to replenish itself after a viral infection, even if you feel better.

40% of UC claimants are the working poor others are carers, have disabilities or illness, & some who don't have work, want it. A little more compassion & less judgement wouldn't hurt.

I have been banging this drum for four years now, but I sincerely reckon that if you stopped Covid spread in schools, you would put enough of a dent in transmission to stop all community spread.
