@ParkObsession Sure, but they have shovels in the ground on more than half of these projects. Compare this to a few years ago and Disney fans would have lost it. I don't really care how long it takes personally. We're eating good as parks fans right now lol.

@SirBrayden That's a fair take. But I liked what we got here and see no reason to be upset. The future of the parks look really bright and exciting. Obviously they have to deliver. But I can be patient and will judge accordingly.

@justinsperry @FrshBakedDisney He specifically referenced the 75th anniversary in this announcement so I imagine that's the target. 3-4 years it sounds like.

@ruscica_joey @DisneyParks @Disneyland They reconfirmed it's happening in the panel, And further clarified it's exact location and ride system in the pavilion on the show center. The model is pretty detailed.

@A_Coaster_Story @ScottGustin @Coaster101 Certainly, if another property comes along that makes sense, that could happen. But I think they stick with Avatar. They have gone out of their way to confirm this over and over again including today. Even if it's 5 years from now, I'm fine with that.

@PeterSciretta @ScottGustin @AliciaStella Yea you would think that they would delay that. But obviously it's still closing. They could do so late 2027 but I can't imagine them killing this for the holiday season. The site needs a lot of prep work though. My bet is still 2027. But we shall see.

@ScottGustin The denial from some of the folks here in the comments is laughable. They've announced and reconfirmed the avatar project multiple times including literally yesterday and today in the panel lol. Avatar is coming, get over it. That being said, this is the right move. Can't wait.
