Thankfully no relation to Vince, Sam joins us from Cardiff Met FC. Manager Karl Lewis describes him as an energetic box-to-box midfielder with a lot of potential!

Sam has also picked up plenty of goals & assists over his young career 💙💛

The U19's are home on Sunday vs. Sully Sports, kick off 14:00 (free entry)

Impacted games are Pontypridd Town (a) 31/08 and Cardiff Draconians (h) 05/09

Turning round our league form is of course the priority, but the next European adventure will begin with the draw tomorrow 💙💛

Top two in the group then advance to the semi finals, played over two legs home & away, with the final also in this format.
