@British_Airways Stupid systems/processes they booked us on the earliest flight but that wasn’t the earliest as my flight had been changed to delayed and we weren’t informed. They then couldn’t book us on the delayed flight today with spaces available because our ticket had already been changed.

@British_Airways Still unresolved so bad the lack of correct information and help. Ryan air was better than BA when that flight got cancelled a few years a go. BA just don’t seem to care x

@British_Airways Yes tried everything. Customer service line keeps cutting me and then call and cannot help. Our fligh is now leaving today so why were we not informed of this and not put on it. At desk now. It’s been awful.

absolutely dumped by @British_Airways. Flight cancelled, can’t be helped but the lack of communication was/isappalling. cancelled wed night, rebooked on sat flight. Does anyone know if I can stay at airport for 3 nights in btw & claim @British_Airways as their staff do not know.

I have been released from house arrest but must remain within Romania.
