@HK_9983 @cricketcomau With help from ticketmaster it had to have the first letter lower case and the second letter upper case, so counterintiuitive and look i probably could have tried that but it didnt cross my mind, i did both upper, both lower and first upper second lower. so annoying

delivered me a faulty presale unique password that hasn't let me buy any tickets to the ashes. So frustrating to be prepared and on the computer ready to buy only to be let down and watching the seats you were ready to buy be snagged by others #ashes
