@virginmedia What do you advise I say? When I tried calling before the advisor was unhelpful and said because my contract was with O2 they couldn’t help. But I still pay a monthly DD for my handset to Virgin and have an invoice from March saying my Fixed Sum Loan Agreement ends next March

@virginmedia Yup, O2 only control my data and minutes, my handset is not with them. My understanding is because I transferred over to them after my contact has been going for 24 months (the full contract was 36 months) the handset loan started with Virgin under the Freestyle contract?
