We're just gonna take a little nap after being up all night, but here are your quick daily conditions for Saturday, June 6th, 2026.
Perhaps you didn't get as much rain as you'd like, but many locations did meet their criteria on Friday alone. Event Flint broke a rainfall record for June 5th. High pressure builds in today, resulting in more sunshine instead of rain and storms. The best chance for storms will remain along and south of I-96/I-69, but after 3 pm EDT, 99.9% of the state will remain rain-free through the rest of the day. A great evening is incoming. Temperatures will be comfortably in the 70s to low 80s, unless you're along Lake Superior where 60s, and even a few 50s may occur today. Max wind gusts (outside of any storms) will be 10-20 mph at most, especially across the Lower Peninsula or eastern Upper Peninsula.
Have an enjoyable Saturday, as we take our quick nap. Still going to be on watch for very low severe weather chances along the state line this morning and early afternoon.

We begin tonight with the classic THE MALTESE FALCON at 8pm ET.
