How about these three?

1. Medicare for all

2. 1st time home buyer tax credit (down payment)

3. Subsidize EV charging to the same level as gas is subsidized.

Results:

1. It frees up people's savings and eases people's minds while at the same time increases overall health. The amount spent in Iran would have already paid for at least 1 year of universal healthcare.

2. The down payment is one of the biggest hurdles to home ownership today. As more homes are bought, more apartments open up. As more apartments open up, the cheaper they get.

3. $31 billion+ is spent subsidizing fossil fuels in the US each year. If that was equally, or even partially, applied to renewable energy and EV charging infrastructure, that was would be transformative. Cheaper, cleaner, makes us more energy dependent, and makes of less susceptible to things such as a war in Iran...
