@Sonic_Screwup This was an interesting read. Not sure how valid it is to judge the strategy’s success after less than a year, when various loopholes and transitional measures are still being worked through. If you want a holiday home in a town, extra tax makes perfect sense to me.

@Sonic_Screwup I guess social media started encouraging everyone to strive for Instagram-able experiences. But you can’t really Instagram yourself drinking tea in your mate’s living room every few days. Very easy to end up perceiving “hanging out” as wasting tjme better used for an “experience”
