@quite_new@theliverdoc To be honest both your statement is correct. Our body is really efficient and thus minor exercises will not help in reducing weight, be it cardio or yoga or anything. Cutting calories is the only way.
I can't believe I am doing a thread on this for adults, but here goes.

There is absolutely NO ISSUES with drinking water standing up or sitting down. Do not drink water while lying down because it may lead to aspiration.
Nonsense Traditional Chinese Medicine and garbage Ayurvedic wisdom based videos and articles are plenty on Instagram and also on online news portals about "ways to drink water."
These absurd articles and videos mostly feature on Indian print, visual and social media, proving the fact that Indians are regressing when it comes to critical thinking.
Let me tell you what happens to water when it is consumed orally - whether you stand, sit or close or open your eyes while drinking it.
Water has basically 100% oral bioavailability, and is absorbed rapidly through the gut wall, mainly in the small intestine. Absorption is near-complete, rapid, and mainly occurs in the early part of small bowel.
Absorbed water is then distributed proportionally in the blody fluid compartments:
66% into the intracellular fluid
25.5% into the interstitial fluid
8.5% into the circulating blood volume
Elimination is through kidneys, where the filtered fraction is reabsorbed by a highly regulated mechanism

The [foolish] concept is that drinking water while standing leads to water "travelling faster" into the stomach, causing indigestion and accumulation in joints leading to arthritis, kidney disease and liver damage. I have not heard more BS than this in my entire life. And there are actual fully grown adults making videos on this - mostly nutritionists who leave their brains behind on their beds in the morning after waking up and then going to work to shoot videos with an empty cranium (see next tweet).
See how marathon runners drink water while they are on a running spree. Do you see them sit down comfortably on the track and drink their water?
@TelexPandian_00@Aryabhata99@PChidambaram_IN I agree. Still, the amount of people using online transaction in India shows it was always possible. Congress for sure wouldn't have even tried the same.
And some still think demonetization was a failure. Pakistan got bankrupt, whole India is digitised beyond imagination.
@dhruv_rathee You would understand if you listen carefully. None of the answers by modi were direct, but I think at least you would understand. Although I know you would pretend not to have understood.
@vinaychopda@PRSundar64 Not realistic. I understand that old regim might still be good for some, but no one is having 2.5L HRA with 2L Home Loan on 15L income.
@amitsonawane07 @pbhushan1 What about the reply, I read that too and that seems legit too. All the questions are more or less answered that too within a week.
@NAR_Handle@KTRBRS@drgaganbhagat @himmatsinghgur1 @prakashraaj@zoo_bear@akshayhunka @DeepikaSRajawat @VipinNagars3100 @VinodSharmaView@BTR_KTR It was a swamp land. Most of the year it was under water. The cost here does not include the cost to make the land usable. And adani also built the best port in India and thus brought a lot of import and export capability.
@CRBinu1@apoorv@pbhushan1 I agree but what about trails and I myself used the mask for 4-6 hrs daily with all my friends and family. I can vouch for at least 20 people without any issue.
@CRBinu1@apoorv@pbhushan1 And no.
Inhaling more exhaled air for fees days continuously too won't cause any long term harm.
What any medical expert suggests is you take out your mask every 2-3 hours for 2-3 mins and that will be enough in extreme cases.
You don't have to wear masks in private.
@CRBinu1@apoorv@pbhushan1 You guys clearly don't understand how the virus is being transmitted. Coronavirus lives in your saliva so don't have to block at the size of virus but the saliva which easily sticks on the mask and thus prevents the transmission
@pbhushan1 Technically I prefer AAP/BJP fighting for opposition or power. Because Gandhi family is the sole reason why BJP is unbeatable. Till Gandhi's are there BJP will win.
@mittalneer@Ashok02683676@ShekharGupta Now I am not saying no steps should be taken.
But that takes time and making a movie is probably first step to increase knowledge on the issue. Calling it propaganda is wrong on multiple levels.
