@tahneemitra @KarenMillen @Debenhams I’d recommend raising a dispute with the payment provider if you can. I’ve had to do the same, and there appear to be lots of complaints of @KarenMillen failing to refund returns!

@AskPayPal @TSScot Been waiting for @KarenMillen 2 refund a returned item. They claim the refund option is “greyed out” & are not refunding as promised. Deterring me from raising a dispute, threatening the refund will be blocked completely. Can you help please?

@laurafeely123 @Emma84982503 @KarenMillen @KarenMillen are spinning me the same story with a refund - accepting they’ve had the item back, but they’re not refunding as promised. Wish I’d seen these comments before ordering. Terrible service!
