-Treat ppl inhuman
-Be rude & nasty
-Leave ppl in the dark about flight info
-Give false info about ppl luggage
-Lie

I am disgusted with @united & @EWRairport. I am 31 weeks pregnant & spend 13 hours at the airport w/ no communication about my flight. My flight was canceled & was forced to stand online for hours to find my lost luggage. They were rude. A refund is not enough!
