genuinely do have a lot of respect for people who detransition and are normal about it btw, it's really brave to experiment with your gender no matter the outcome and even cooler to own how it wasn't what you wanted without blaming anyone else

@Jvst_Vinny Also just like my situation, lol. Still, I recommend keeping the idea in mind even if you don't have anything lined up yet, because getting a raise two weeks before quitting is still better than no raise at all. (Advice directly from Dad ❤ )

@Jvst_Vinny I was in a similar position at my last job. You can use those points to negotiate for not only a raise but also a title change. Especially effective if you have other opportunities available and if they're desperate to keep you. Hope that helps if you want to. :)
