I think the platform is good for most business needs but the app is lacking! It’s a problem with UI/UX for the app specifically. Don’t want to move hosting elsewhere.

When I’m given the access to my client’s business accounts I take the utmost care to safeguard their information and operate under the specific guidelines we’ve mutually established.

If you want a social media manager you have to have a level of trust with that person, team, agency. If you have concerns you should bring them up so they can be addressed. Chances are they will be happy to ease your mind or find a solution you’re comfortable with.

When it comes to my business I do everything on paper/officially. Even with clients who are friends. Contract for job duration, details, & payment. Never access accounts I’m not approved for, period. Clients trust me with their information & I’d never break that trust.
