@dsethlewis This was me. Also an avid tracker. I started Pilates 2 years ago. 20 minutes once a week. Built up slowly. Now I’m up to 50 minutes 3x / week and can do long rigorous walks twice a week without PEM. Never had a 5 day since 2020. But progress.

@StLuciaYoga Hypermobile here too. Thought I was the only one injured by yoga and Pilates. Finally found a Pilates teacher who knows and now I’ve overcome exercise intolerance and am building strength and healing old injuries. So grateful. Thank you for spreading awareness.
