@ScottishPower I work for a housing association. We have booked 2 emergency appointments and no one attended. Really find this disgusting we can't rehouse people as you have not attended to wipe down the gas meter debt and no reason for failing to attend am disgusted
@EON_SE_en Absolutely appalling been trying to get hold of them for over a week get cut off continuously, WhatsApp no reply email no reply . Disgusting when we are calling from a housing association for vulnerable tenants.
@OVOEnergy Thank you my colleague has sorted this now. Although I have an issue with another property. I was given 3 emergency appointments since 25th July, have now been told that it has to be a scheduled appt as it is a void property but cannot get a date for a scheduled meter exchange
@YourSSE Been waiting for an emergency engineer. SSE can confirm engineer is delayed but can't give an ETA even though someone has been at the property since 9.00am. Not happy.
@ScottishPower@wwf_uk CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE I HAVE RANG THEM EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET AN ELEC METER INSTALLED TO ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES AS SP SRETHE ELEC SUPPLIER BUT WE HAVE NO ELEC METER ALL THAT HAPPENS WHEN I CALL IS I EXPLAIN AND THEN EITHERGET PUT BACK INTO A QUEUE/CUT OFF
@ShellEnergyHome Disgraceful customer service asked to email documents to this company on the 07/07/22 have rung them daily as no reply to my email and they can't deal with my query because my company is not the name on the acct even though documents I sent prove previous tenant has left the home
@eonenergyuk can you tell me why I have energy supplied by yourselves and have been trying to ring you constantly and you just give me E-ON Next telephone number and hang up. My account is not with E-ON Next it is with yourselves.
