@CarolineHirons Oh bless, I feel for you and your mum. The NHS is on its knees and only those who see it first hand with their loved ones see it! These carers do their very best and are wonderful but are paid a pittance. And nursing staff are stretched beyond.

@CarolineHirons Part 3 they try their best ... and don't even get me started about the food! Not fit for an animal! My mum is now at home being properly looked after and the GPs have admitted she was "abandoned by the system"So hugs and prayers for you and ur mum ❤️ and hope she gets home soon x

@CarolineHirons Part 2 she finds it difficult to even walk. The staff in the hospital were fab but not enough of them. If you were lucky 1 qual staff nurse on a nightshift with a handful of care assts trying their goddamn best. The NHS is on its knees through no fault of the staff
