If you have not connected your CCMR manager with the person that manages and reviews your data entry, then expect each year to not get credit for all of your CCMR accomplishments. More than once do I hear stories from folks who are not getting full credit for their efforts
It’s the retroactive part that no one would stand for in their own work evaluations.
Raise the standards? Sure
Retroactively apply a standard? Should not happen.
And before you think this is sour grapes, we managed a 94 CCMR regardless but it is still wrong to do this.
