#LaunchHour A8. The biggest mistake I made as a Founder was not understanding the most important component: Team. People matter more than anything else. Don't come to me to talk about idea, technology, money. Come to me with a focus on having the right people around you. #people

#LaunchHour A6. Coronavirus has turned all of our lives completely upside down. What concerns me is how it has pitted us against each other. I'm working on a community based approach that helps us all #heal and #unite. Life and business are both about survival of the fittest.

#LaunchHour A4. In 2013 I became one of the first women to own her own mobile app company. Walking into room after room where no one looked like me was a harrowing experience. I took a vow to do my part to increase access and representation. @LaunchNY does great D&I work daily!

#LaunchHour A3. I was lucky to grow up under the tutelage of my grandmother Emma Callahan. She's still the best CEO who ever lived. #restinparadise. Other than that I'm inspired by a lot of successful entrepreneurs. #WarrenBuffett is my favorite name to drop.
