Now they’ve set up a proper European Cricket standard artificial wicket on a concrete base on a former polo ground at San Llorenc in the middle of the island.

Back there in Oct. The club do a lively job of keeping the spirit of cricket alive in the Med!

For years, Games were on rubber football pitches with wickets, creases etc marked with white duct tape. Boundaries quite short square of the wicket!! Tough gig as a bowler.
Dipping Yorkers work a treat.
