I am calling on @McDonalds and @Crocs to right their wrongs and send us the Crocs we rightfully deserve. We will not sleep until our request has been fulfilled.
Dear @McDonalds and @Crocs,
It is with great disappointment that I share your “happy meals” have stolen all joy from our lives. An unknowing group of friends took a daring carpool journey down to the local neighborhood McDonalds in hopes of obtaining the collectible Crocs.
After putting our order in for 8 happy meals, we were unfortunately met instead with sad meals as we pulled out Little Mermaid toys from inside the happy meal box. Disappointed, devastated, broken, cheated, lied to only begin to describe the way we feel about this situation.
@AmericanAir I “kindly” DM’d you the first time you asked and shock surprise nobody helped me. Instead of fakely publicly responding to tweets acting like you’re going to help, just cut to the chase next time and let everyone know you are stealing my $300. You don’t need to lie to kick it. 🏼♀️
Trying to imagine back in my serving days if a customer accidentally ordered the wrong dish and just responding with “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” What happened to basic customer service? #airline#ftc
@FTC@potus it would also be great to know how it’s ok for @AmericanAir to steal money from its patrons by giving them no way of exchanging incorrect flights on basic economy. They just keep to pocket my $300? Interesting. The biggest #junkfee and #junkairline of them all 🤔.
@AmericanAir “We try our best to assist” by literally not assisting at all. GOT ITTTTTTTT @AmericanAir . ✌🏻That’s gonna be a no from me fam. @SouthwestAir for life.
I am fed up with the customer service at @AmericanAir. I called into their hotline letting them know I accidentally booked my work trip for the wrong day basic economy (non refundable,) but that I wanted to move to a $200 MORE EXPENSIVE flight sooner.
The fact that American Airlines tweeted publicly at me to make it look like they actually care about their customers is the more ironic than them not taking my extra $200. @AmericanAir
My response “So let me get this straight, you would rather not let me pay an extra $200 to you to get the flight I need AND go to Southwest Airlines to book the correct flight than just provide basic customer service options. Just making sure we’re on the same page here...
Response from @AmericanAir “As much as we'd really love to step in on this move, we're unable to do so at this time. The fare purchased are a bit more restrictive and changes are not permitted.” #americanair#airline#FTC
@SouthwestAir Before anyone says “oh well you can’t change those flights or get a refund…” it’s just basic customer service to do the right thing. This is a stressful enough mistake that I acknowledged up front. There is always something you can do, especially for honest loyal customers.
The lady said no. No options. Just no. Not only did you lose my $200 extra dollars, you lost a customer because now I will be booking my new correct flight on @SouthwestAir. See ya later American. 👋🏻
