It's National EMS Week! From May 18th to 24th, 2025, let's take a moment to celebrate the amazing EMTs and Paramedics of Local 3057. These dedicated men and women provide essential EMS services to the Town of Northborough, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Members from the apparatus committee have been in Pennsylvania for the last two days for the pre-construction meeting with Sutphen for the department's new Rescue.
Squad 4 and Engine 2 working a residential CO call with high levels in the residence at 43 Main Street. M3 evaluating one resident for possible CO exposure.

The Northborough Select Board has unanimously approved our SAFER grant, allowing us to officially increase shift staffing from 5 to 7 firefighters.

Busy start to today’s shift. Mutual aid engine request to Marlborough and 2 Medicals all within the last 20 minutes. All members committed to calls. Mutual aid ambulance en route for EMS.
Today being marathon Monday, Northboro Fire Local 3057 sent to crews to assist with staffing the marathon detail.
Engine 2 is in Hopkinton staffed by Captain Theve, Senior FF Pulsifer and FFOP LaFreniere.
Car 3 with our UTV Gator is staffed by Captain McManus and FFOP Goodney

It’s been a very busy day for C shift. 3 medicals before noon followed immediately by an MVA with entrapment. 3 pts transported, 2 Level 1 traumas and 1 non-life threatening. Thank you to our mutual aid partner @WestboroughFire for their assistance.
