the only thing i miss about the US is the amount of sugar free and low calorie/carb options there are in regular grocery stores for normal prices. if i want low calorie/carb food in Canada it’s often more than double the price of the regular versions 😔
unpopular opinion maybe? but crumbl cookies are not good, tried it last week and didn’t like any of them. i think it’s cool to have new flavours every week, but they really aren’t worth the hype and especially not the price

my last final exam for this semester is tomorrow and all i need to pass my class is 25% lmao
i think i’ll do pretty ok on the exam, but it’s accounting, so i’ll definitely have some troubles. thankful that i get double the time to write tho
have so much work to get done for today. first major thing is a case study paper worth 27% of my final grade, second is contacting people and companies and stuff like that for an event i’m helping to organize. paper is due next week, contacting needs to be done by tomorrow
i finish my finals early this year instead of 3 days before christmas. what if i just start fasting the day after my last final until christmas? 15 days? or 3 days with a day to break my fast repeatedly to be more realistic?
been spending the past 2 months semi recovering, but urges to relapse are strong. i keep telling myself that im going to focus on just bettering myself like having a strict diet and exercise schedule, but i know its just a relapse waiting to happen
i’ve been having a lot go on that requires so much time and energy which is what led to semi recovery, but sometimes it just doesn’t feel like it’s worth it to push myself towards recovering
