@lastminute_com Booked a “free cancellation” hotel on https://t.co/SPGXIdOxwj — turns out it’s £45–£95 per person to cancel. Misleading, shady, and not truly free. Total bait-and-switch. Avoid. There are far more transparent and customer-friendly booking sites out there.
