Nieuw Lightning setup and nieuw enclosure’s for our Crotaphytidae. The enclosure’s are 130x65x60. For lighting we will use a 39w Arcadia T5 dragon lamp in combination with a 33w Arcadia led that produces a lightning ambient of 6500k. For heating we will use a halogen lamp.

In the wild brumation is a part of the natural lifecycle of the Crotaphytidae. We try to recreate a similar environment using a climate cabinet. With the climate cabinet we are able to create the necessary temperatures needed for a healthy brumation. #crotaphytidea
