For me the half slotted disc in my neck after my car rolled in an accident, I would say about every 1 year or so I go for an adjustment because it’ll sit on a few nerves connected to my face and the adjustment relives it. The problem is to “why not get it fixed” that most people ask cause it’s scary as F*ck dude and super invasive surgery that can make things worse and it’s not necessarily a cure nor really needed till a disc falls out. I’d rather go to my family chrio we had for 20 years, get my neck and lower back adjusted that also takes me to my knee sometimes and call it a day.
