One of the hardest videos on the internet. I wrote it because too many of you love communism "done right." It can never be done "right." It's the abolition of self. Suicide.

@SneakyVertical Referencing body fat and lean mass.
The DEXA is the "gold standard" for fitness bros claiming sub 10% bf when they are 15.
DEXA put Eddie Hall (not fitness influencer, but great case study) at 20%. Insane.
MrBeast did a 14-day water-only fast and got a DEXA scan before and after.
Result: about 13 lbs of fat lost, and about 7 lbs of lean mass lost.
That means roughly 1 in every 3 pounds he lost wasn’t fat. The internet keeps saying extended fasting “spares muscle,” and his own data says otherwise.
To be fair, DEXA lean mass also counts water and glycogen, which drop hard early in a fast, so not all of that was real muscle tissue.
But he also said the muscle didn’t come back once he started eating again. And the famous fasting “mental clarity” never showed up. By day 5 he was just drained, and by day 12 standing up was a struggle.
Extended fasting is a tool, and it has a real cost. Most of what you read online only sells you the upside.
Once glycogen runs out in the first day or two, your body makes glucose partly by breaking down protein, and muscle is the biggest protein store. Ketosis slows that breakdown over time but never fully stops it. Add no resistance training and full workdays on zero food, and losing lean mass is the expected outcome.
Another week, another hit piece, another time it's close to 100% them talking to each other about it and them trying to struggle people who support me and nothing else. Woke. Most interesting thing is their showing off how their networks overlap and who's in the group chats.

The style I wrote was this: A dark synth-pop × hip-hop track at 90 - 100 BPM in a minor key, opening with tight, clean drums, deep 808s, and crisp hats, Verses are sparse: brooding pads, low arps, and faint industrial textures set the mood, Vocals are front-mixed with subtle reverb; occasional filtered grit adds tension, The hook expands—stacks of chants, dark synth leads, and swelling drums, with ambient noise (crowd, wind, faint radio) deep in the mix, Highs are smooth, lows clear and warm, and mids open, Mix features a 60 Hz lift, 350 Hz cut, and gentle presence at 9 kHz, Master at −10 LUFS for cinematic, restrained, human impact
People don't understand that we don't need AGI from these models for the game to be essentially over.
The stuff you can do today, which is the worst it will ever be, is nearly unimaginable. Certainly unimaginable as of 18 months ago, or even a year ago.
I've been approved for the research preview of Claude Duet and it feels like AGI.
Removed most of the friction for automation and user experience.
If you showed this to someone 5 years ago they would say this is AGI.
Introducing Lil-Summer.
I'm getting better at managing all of the tools that go into a project like this. Spend is tanking, too, which is really nice.
Should be on major platforms tomorrow.
