I've been working remotely for 10+ years.

Before COVID. Before it was a even a thing.

3) In my old business I was always running late for meetings. Getting stuck in traffic, etc.

My first business failed in 2017.

I was absolutely crushed 😵

I employed 30+ staff in Australia and many more overseas contractors. And I was over $200k in debt.

All before by 28th birthday 🎂

Losing my business was devastating (proper traumatising). But the silver lining was the lessons I learned.

Which have given me a wonderful life 🌅

Next time you hire someone, remember to "Try before you buy".

1. Create an aptitude test designed to test your candidates ability to perform the job.
2. Give it to your 3-5 finalists.
3. Evaluate their output and only then make your decision.

Overthinking is crippling for a business.

It takes up mental RAM and stops you tackling the next task with full focus.
