@motoway Lymm services. WOW this has to be the worst service station I have ever visited. The staff in all 3 outlets we visited were diabolical, 20 min wait in @CostaCoffee cold pasties from @GreggsOfficial walked out of @WHSmith after waiting 10 mins whilst staff stood chatting
@Avis I WOULD 100% AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL AT ALL COSTS IN THE USA. THEIR AGENTS ARE ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS TELL YOU ONE THING AND CHARGE FIVE DIFFERENT, CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT INTERESTED. SHAMEFUL ORGANISATION
@AvantiWestCoast Standard ticket using veteran card for 2 adults and 16-25 card for another, just comes up something went wrong, tried on national rail, train line and through blue light same on all sites
@AvisEurocarhire spoke to customer service regarding issue with booking in USA and agents adding stuff we didnโt want, the agent on the phone hung up. What kind of customer service are you offering NONE ๐กnobody helping us been ripped off ยฃ400 and no-one cares. disappointing
@Avis no response or explanation to ripping tourists/customers off . @British_Airways need to stop using your services, as a reputable airline they should use a reputable car hire provider that will look after their customers. Used Alamo for years and never had a problem ๐ก๐ก๐ก
@Avis BEWARE, disgusting booked through BA on picking car up we where told it wouldnโt be legal, conned into ยฃ400 upgrade, I challenged on return to uk and Iโve been told that the extra cost was for the WI-FI which the agent said he was throwing in as a goodwill gesture, CONMEN

@British_Airways fantastic flight as always with BA. However car rental nightmare. We have paid extra ยฃ400 as the sales rep said the car we had booked through BA was not suitable for the roads and likely not legal ?? Spoke to people since and this is not true. Furious ๐ก
