They were screwed the moment they decided to do the 6.0 update with only a kitchen and Valko in it. I'm not sure how they thought that update was ever going to go over well. Did they think people wouldn't notice that they obviously had no production beyond that?

I don’t think Valko is cancelled due to CN fans. They ratio-ed every single Valko posts on xhs but Infold still kept him and insisted that there will be more LIs coming up. But the moment their government stepped in (731 mentioned in game) they panicked 🤷🏻‍♀️

Now do people understand how bad the situation actually is? It wasn't a bunch of parisocial cn girlies. It was much bigger then that. Valko wasn't even the main issue. His creation represents so much wrong with this company. He just brought it to light.
