Whether they think Karen is guilty or not, proctor is a racist pos that was the lead investigator in the myles king. That is not right. The government needs to be held to a higher standard and ensure that every person facing the justice system has their constitutional rights upheld.

They just ignore that. Even if Myles king is guilty, it doesn’t change the fact the person who was investigating him hates people of color. That should NEVER happen.

Proctor interviewed those at the bar. In fairness, James was the only one to say Karen was drunk (“toasted”.)

Lally called every single witness at the bar that talked to Karen and John, besides James. Even though James is the only one out of them all that would significantly help them prove she was drunk. Right? That should’ve been the only witness the CW called from the bar.

So why didn’t they call him?

Chris albert knew what the report about James interview, said. How? It wasnt public info. James didn’t even see the report. So how did CA know?

When James finally did see the report he said it did not reflect what he told police. and that he said never said anything about “toasted.”
