@blind_via I desoldered something like this once. We had heat resistant gloves and we slowly walked the heat sink out one pin at a time, heating it up and then pulling really hard on the corner with melted solder. We did this for different corners until it came out.

@d0tslash Ticks have been bad in Ohio for a few years now. The mild winters have done us no favors in controlling the tick population. I was hoping that this year would be different because of the cold snap we had but they are still just as bad this year :(
